My Experience:
I’ve been a professional fitness trainer for over 13 years. My work has evolved through Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Strength training, Prenatal and Postpartum rehabilitation.
Alongside my exercise profession I am a certified wellness consultant. I have been helping people lose weight, decrease inflammation, heal their microbiome and their gut, implement simple daily detoxification protocols, create mindfulness practices, navigate proper supplementation without spending hundreds or even thousands on supplements and empowering people in their body, mind and spirit. YOU can do this. We all need community and connection… we were never meant to do this alone.

My practice is characterized by a focus on the individual; as I always say, “it’s not one-size-fits-all.” I work with each client to create a wellness plan designed to enhance every aspect of life.
